Key sustainability pillars

  • Reduction of plastic use
  • Target to use 30% recycled plastic in 1-litre oil packaging by 2030.

Energy efficiency

  • We set targets per production unit to reduce electricity and thermal energy consumption.
  • We invest in energy-saving and modernization technologies with the aim of reducing our carbon footprint.

Sustainable development in the supply chain

  • We ensure that our suppliers comply with the strict sustainability principles that guide Minerva’s policy.

Biodiversity Program

  • Collaboration with tomato growers to protect the fauna and flora of cultivation areas.
  • Use of satellite technology and continuous advisory support from agronomists to optimize the use of fertilizers, crop protection products, and water.

Certifications and recognitions

  • Certification in accordance with ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 standards for the Schimatari facilities.
